Shipping & Exchange Policy

At Chaukdi, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and safely to your doorstep across India.

Shipping Coverage:
We ship pan-India to all serviceable pin codes via our logistics partner India Post & Shiprocket, which includes trusted courier partners like India Post, BlueDart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, Xpressbees, Amazon Shipping, and DTDC.

Dispatch & Delivery Timelines:

  • Orders are typically shipped within 24–48 hours of placement (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Products are dispatched from our warehouse in Lucknow.

  • Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days, but in some cases, it may take up to 5–7 days, depending on your location.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive regular SMS and email updates, including a tracking link. You can also track your order anytime through the ‘My Orders’ section on our website.

Exchange Policy

  • We accept exchanges only if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or expired.
  • To initiate an exchange, contact us at support@chaukdi.in or WhatsApp us on (+91) 9415018341 within 3 days of delivery. Please share photos of the damaged product for verification.
