We ship pan-India to all serviceable pin codes via our logistics partner India Post & Shiprocket, which includes trusted courier partners like India Post, BlueDart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, Xpressbees, Amazon Shipping, and DTDC.
Dispatch & Delivery Timelines:

Orders are typically shipped within 24–48 hours of placement (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Products are dispatched from our warehouse in Lucknow.

Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days, but in some cases, it may take up to 5–7 days, depending on your location.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive regular SMS and email updates, including a tracking link. You can also track your order anytime through the ‘My Orders’ section on our website.
Exchange Policy
- We accept exchanges only if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or expired.
- To initiate an exchange, contact us at support@chaukdi.in or WhatsApp us on (+91) 9415018341 within 3 days of delivery. Please share photos of the damaged product for verification.
