Cancellation and Refund

Order Cancellation

• You may cancel your order before it is shipped by using the “My Orders” section or contacting us via email or WhatsApp.

• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Refund Process

• If your cancellation is approved before dispatch, the amount will be refunded within 2–5 business days to the original payment method.

Return Eligibility
Returns are only accepted if:

• The product received is damaged, defective, or expired, and

• You notify us within 3 days of delivery.
